This book peaked my interest when I went to Stitches East. There was a booth that was offering to take everyone’s measurements and work through Jean Frost’s method to find their perfect sizing and choice of design. Most women when told what size they were based on their measurements, though they were a different size and clearly, that’s why alot of their garments were not fitting properly.
This book is filled with very helpful information and I learned a lot about shaping, linings, etc. The patterns cover all lifestyles and can certainly be edited after picking up the important technique Jean offers. I definitely recommend this book if you are not happy with the way your garments fit or would like to learn more about creating your own designs.
