Brave New Knits - 26 projects and personalities from the knitting blogosphere by Julie Turjoman - I was a little skeptical when I saw this book. I read many knitting blogs. I enjoy them for their written word, expression of thoughts and fantastic photography. I read about the creation of their projects, but I can't say I buy many patterns from any one blogger. This book is a great compilation of blogosphere's finest. As a matter of fact, it seems like each designer picked their very favorite piece, creating a wonderful varied collection of bloggers designs. It's also very nice to finally put a face to the blog names. Sometimes I am on a blog and have no idea who the designer is. I am hoping that this book encourages people to let us know who they are behind their funny blog names.
